1. We will exercise all reasonable skill and care in any cleaning and repairs that we do, however, you must ensure that all items are suitable for machine washing. We are not liable for shrinkage or any other deterioration suffered by any item given to us.
2. We reserve the right to retain all items until we receive full payment from you.
3. Rugs left longer than 3 weeks for collection will be subject to a storage charge.
